Dan grew up in Cameron, Missouri and is a product of its school system. Upon graduating from Cameron R-1 High School he moved on to Columbia, Missouri to attend the University of Missouri. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Real Estate. After his time at Mizzou, Dan spent the better part of a decade in the Mortgage Industry, working as a Mortgage Lender for the largest Credit Union in the Kansas City Area.
Licensed since 2012, Dan’s education started well before earning his license. He is a 3rd generation Real Estate Broker, following in the footsteps of his father Jim and his grandfather Neal who originally started The O’Connor Agency in 1951. Dan’s upbringing, education, and professional life has revolved almost exclusively around the Real Estate industry. Professionally Dan has over 10 years experience in industry sales. As a Mortgage Originator/Sales Manager Dan was part of nearly $1 Billion in Loan Volume and over 4,200 transasctions. As a Real Estate Broker/Salesperson he is a multimillion dollar producer and has received United Country's Pinnacle Silver Award in recognition for being a Top Sales Agent companywide.
